How It Works
Pickup. Wash. Fold. Deliver. It really is that simple.
Step 1 — Book Your Pickup Online
Head to our Pricing page, pick a subscription plan or a one-time order, and select your preferred pickup day. You'll pay securely online through Stripe — all major cards accepted. Once booked, you'll get an email confirmation with your pickup details.
Step 2 — We Drop Off Your Fresh Fold Bag
The day before your scheduled pickup, we'll leave a Fresh Fold laundry bag at your door. Just fill it up and leave it outside at the agreed time — no need to be home. First order? Any bag works. We'll bring you a branded Fresh Fold bag on your first visit.
Step 3 — We Pick Up & Get to Work
We collect your bag during our scheduled route window, weigh it, and log your order. Then we wash, dry, and hand-fold every item with care. Whites are washed separately. We use premium, skin-safe detergent — or let us know your preferences and we'll accommodate.
Step 4 — Clean Laundry Delivered Back to Your Door
Within 24–48 hours, your neatly folded laundry is back at your door. You'll get a text message the moment we drop it off. Subscription customers get their next pickup automatically scheduled — nothing to do.
