Welcome to Fresh Fold Angeline. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
Fresh Fold Angeline provides laundry pickup, wash, fold, and delivery services to residents of the Angeline community in Land O' Lakes, FL. Services include weekly subscription plans and one-time orders as described on our Pricing page.
2. Eligibility
Our services are available to residents within our current service area. We reserve the right to decline service to any customer or location at our discretion.
3. Scheduling & Pickup
- Pickups occur once per week on your selected day (Monday, Wednesday, or Friday) between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM.
- You are responsible for having your laundry bag accessible at your door during the pickup window.
- Missed pickups due to inaccessible laundry do not result in credits or refunds.
- We will notify you before arrival via text message.
4. Weight & Pricing
- Subscription plans include a maximum weight per pickup. Overages are charged at $1.99 per pound.
- One-time orders have a 15 lb minimum ($29.99 minimum charge).
- Final weight is determined by our scale at time of pickup. You will receive a receipt showing the weight of your order.
5. Payment & Subscriptions
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- Subscription plans auto-renew monthly on the same date each month.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
- One-time orders are charged at the time of booking.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fee.
- Refunds for one-time orders are not available once your laundry has been picked up.
- If we are unable to complete a pickup due to our error, we will reschedule at no charge or issue a full refund.
7. Care of Items
- We handle all garments with care using premium, skin-safe detergent.
- We are not responsible for damage to items that are not colorfast, pre-damaged, or require special care not disclosed at booking.
- We do not wash heavily soiled items (e.g., items contaminated with chemicals, paint, or biohazards).
- Items are washed separately — your laundry is never mixed with another customer's.
8. Lost or Damaged Items
While rare, if an item is lost or damaged in our care, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at (203) 970-5093 or hello@freshfoldangeline.com. We will investigate and work with you on a fair resolution. Our maximum liability for any lost or damaged item is the lesser of the item's fair market value or $50 per item.
9. Limitation of Liability
Fresh Fold Angeline's total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
